Centered around a private courtyard and opening onto a front patio along Ocean Front Walk, the property allows each event to be shaped with intention - from arrivals and check-in to programming, dining, cocktails, activations, and outdoor gathering moments.

Each loft can function independently or as part of a larger full-property experience, offering true flexibility.

Perched above Venice, each rooftop offers its own little world. They’re perfect for vendor activations, golden-hour portraits, or an intimate dinner under the sky. Every terrace is equipped with power, proper drainage, and seamless access from inside its unit.

Respect the House

The Lofts are furnished residences, not traditional ballrooms. Please treat the spaces, artwork, furnishings, kitchens, rooftops, and finishes with care. Any damage, excessive cleaning, missing items, or unauthorized alterations may be charged to the client.

Stay Awhile

We believe the best evenings should never feel rushed. Event timing is flexible and may be extended with advance approval, subject to staffing, security, and applicable additional fees.

We Welcome Music, but Make It Considerate‍ ‍

Music and entertainment are welcome. Sound levels, speaker placement, live performances, and outdoor amplification must be approved by The Lofts and adjusted if required due to property, neighborhood, or legal restrictions. 

Insure the Occasion

A certificate of insurance and event-specific liability coverage may be required before access is granted. All vendors are responsible for maintaining their own insurance coverage. We can assist you with this.
